Very disappointed in the service department. When I called to make annual service appointment. I was not aware my car warranty expired. Took my car for an oil change. When I checked in, they never told me there would be a charge for my visit. After my car was complete I was told I owed 400.00. I questioned why I was being charged. I was told they told me when I made my appointment that my warranty expired. Dishonest Sales Tactics – Beware I drove 2 hours from Upland to buy a used 2024 Ford Mustang from Mercedes-Benz of Oxnard after being quoted $39,900 over the phone by a rep named Hugo. When I arrived, they added a surprise $1,400 "Zurich Shield" fee that was never mentioned — not on the phone, not online, nowhere. Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They sold me a car with 9 year old tires and almost no brakes. When I went in to make it right their manger basically called me stupid and told me they couldn’t do anything. Which by the way both the tires and brakes is illegal to sell like that. On top of the fact that they didn’t give me my paperwork for a month after going on the run around. I feel that they felt they could take advantage of me because I am young.

In my opinion, cheaters would be an appropriate word. To get a value for my trade in, they input false information into the system to lower the price of my trade such as check engine light is on even though it’s not, the car needs tires even though my tires are 3 months old,…etc. not to mention that the car I was going to buy that passed their rigorous inspection is anywhere near ready to be road worthy. Buyer Beware! I was buying a used car from them, first they entered the wrong information doing the credit check so they had to do it a second time, causing me to lose twice the amount on my credit score. We had agreed upon a price for the car and while I was waiting for the link to do a wire transfer they sold the car to someone else. This dealership is the reason no one trusts car dealerships or salesman. Stay away from this dealership at all costs!

My worst car service experience ever. On 19 May 23 I went Mercedes Benz of Oxnard to address two issues with my car. 1. When charging at level 3 charger message appeared that vehicle is not accepting DC charge and service is required. 2. When parked, front suspension going down, unbeknown to me causing damage to front end shroud on parking curb/stop when backing from parking spot. I posted this on Yelp a couple of weeks ago; CAR SHOPPERS BEWARE; like some of the other posters, they tried to add the bogus "Zurich paint protection" nonsense to the tune of $800. I refused and of course did not buy a car there. Be careful, make sure you talk "out the door" price as soon as you can because they'll try to stick in some BS at the end.

I made a mistake trusting this dealership. The Mercedes Benz i purchased for over $40k had two dents on it. Stephen Dunkle and sales person Landon Stern asked me to take the car and return the following week so they can order the right paint and correct the damages on the car. I took a day off work and drove to oxnard today. Instead of repairing the dent they damaged the car even worse than before. So took my 07 mercedes C230 in for repairs and the air bag recall ( after a collision with a curb.) . Now it all seemed going ok until 1st they lost the part they ordered, they refused to give me the result of the diagnosis and invoice stating the techs work on commission and sent me a wack invoice via email with pictures of the ground. Turns out i could have repaired the car for 45 bucks instead paid almost 800 and got a head ache included. These people make up repairs. The sales team helped me buy a car that was on their lot, which I found on car Guru's. Aside from that, the experience after has just been horrible. Service people, JOHN and BARRY are incompetent and as smart as a rock. They are very rude as well, no respect at all.. Beware because after having my car serviced there my car has not been able to reach 0 to 60 under 5 seconds and before then it was always consistently doing it.

I purchased my car from MB of Oxnard for one reason, the customer service and staff were far superior to the two other MB dealers I visited. To say this was the best buying experience I've ever had, is an understatement. I had researched MB CPO cars for several weeks. Nicolas Espinoza found the 2009 used S550 car I requested in about one week and had it shipped to Oxnard despite my long list of desired options and car color (interior and exterior). Ti Wood came up with a deal I could not refuse and Barry Rudin, the next day, helped add some missing electronic capabilities, make them functional and make arrangements for Lojack and clear overcoat to be added. Not only is the whole dealership very friendly, they are effective in meeting customer needs.

I made an appointment for my 2003 C230 Kompressor's Service A but ended up spending $2448.00 for extra repairs that were diagnosed after my extended service contract expired. It seems to me that most cars detriorate after five years of ownership and it is not just MBZ.
